The only natto from Kosugi Foods that you can get at a local supermarket is "Ochibisan Tsuyudaku". I've only eaten this kind of natto, but the soybeans have just the right amount of stickiness and softness, and the texture and smell are typical of traditional natto. Sometimes I buy a substitute when I don't have this natto, but the soybeans are a little hard, and if you compare it to pickles, it feels like lightly pickled vegetables. The beans were also moist and tender, and I didn't feel like I was forced to make natto, and it was delicious as if I was addicted to it.
