★ ★ ★ ★ ★ シンプルな醤油の焼き団子。炭火焼きで、焦げと香ばしい醤油の香りがいい。焼きたても冷めてからもコシのある食感で他のお店の柔らかいお団子とは違います。
 A simple soy sauce-grilled dumpling. It is charcoal-grilled and has a nice charcoal and fragrant soy sauce scent. It has a chewy texture even after it is baked or cooled, which makes it different from the soft dumplings in other shops.

確かにお兄さん不愛想。でも、まぁ、、、(^^;
団子は、少し固め。注文を受けて焼きます。たれに数度漬けます。
非常に素朴ですが、確かにうまいです。

Certainly unfriendly brother. But, well ... (^^;
The dumpling is a little hardened. Take the order and bake. I can soak it in the sauce several times.
It's very simple but it's definitely good.

この日はお盆で予約が殺到していて、出来上がりまで30分ほどかかるということでしたので、名前を伝えて30分後にもう一度行きました。
事前に集めた情報の通り、団子はとても大きくて炭火で香ばしく焼かれていて、とんでもなく美味しいです。
