一族経営の弊害か、労働者をゴミのように扱っている。
100時間をこすであろう残業代も、少ないみなし残業代だけ渡して踏み倒す。そのみなし残業代さえ入社3ヶ月だか半年だかの期間はもらえない。
じゃあ基本給がいいのかと思いきや、これまた滅茶苦茶少ない。建設業どころか他業種と比較しても少ないと思う。
