★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 洗濯機を購入する為伺いました。他の量販店よりお得に購入できました。ただ、接客中にインカムでの会話が多く、接客してる担当に対する扱いがこのお店ではどうなってるのか気になった。邪魔してほしくなかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日テレビと空気清浄機を購入しに行きましが店舗スタッフが少なすぎてびっくり‼️
店舗の規模からして15人くらいいてもおかしくない所接客スタッフが3人レジ1人しかいなかった 30分待っても空く様子がなく受付で担当空いたら電話して欲しいとお願いしましたがその後も30分以上連絡なく店舗に戻ると他のお客さんを接客していました その後直ぐの担当してくれたものの今日だけスタッフが少ないわけではなく今日は多い方がですと言ってました もう少し現場を見て状況を把握しないとお客さん離れますよ CMするのはいいけどそれで店舗に行ってあのスタッフ数じゃ逆効果だと思います 早急な改善をお願いします

If you don't understand the situation, you'll be away from the customer. It's okay to do a commercial, but I think that the number of staff will be counterproductive if you go to the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ パソコン購入検討で来店、パソコン売場に店員さんが居なかったので、女性の店員さんに依頼すると程なくパソコン売場に男性店員さんがいらしてくださり、親切丁寧に説明していただきました。購入手続きしてる時にわかったのですか何と店長さんでした。また、是非何か購入する時にもこちらのお店て購入したいと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ リビング用にテレビを購入しました。置ける場所(幅や高さ)が限られていたので悩んでいましたが、店員の方が希望の大きさに合うものを根気よく探してくれたおかげで満足できる買い物が出来ました。配達されるのが楽しみです。

接客は丁寧でしたし下取りも考慮しますと価格もお手頃で、商品そのものは良かったのですが、手続きの途中でノジマのアプリを見せなければならない点が気になりました。
具体的にはノジマのアプリが入ったスマホをロック解除した状態でお渡しし、離れたところで店員さんが10分ほど画面をご覧になっていたのですが、何をしているのかの説明もなく、不安になりました。
スマホは個人情報のかたまりですので、せめて顧客からも画面操作が見られる状態で対応いただけないかと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5年前に冷蔵庫を購入し故障もなく今まで使用しております。その時も接客も良く、商品に詳しいスタッフが丁寧に説明してくださって、条件に合う商品を購入できました。
今回も家電の入れ替えでやはりノジマに頼んだら本当に丁寧に対応して頂き満足の品をゲットできました。もちろん値段交渉にも嫌な顔一つせず、出来る限り安くする努力をしてくだりとても感謝しております。
今後もまた必要なものがありましたらノジマに頼みたいと思います。

This time as well, when I asked Nojima to replace the home appliances, I was able to get a satisfying product by responding really politely. Of course, I am very grateful for the effort to make it as cheap as possible without making a disgusting face in price negotiations.
I would like to ask Nojima if I need something again in the future.

これまでにも何回かまとめ買いの経験はありますが、今回が一番気持ちよく自分好みの納得できる商品を購入することができました。
価格、デザイン、機能、メーカー等は商品選びのなかでも特に重要になってきますが、そこを決定付けるのは店員さんの意見も少なからず影響します。
ゆめまちノジマさんは店内や店員さんの雰囲気もやわらかく、とても商品を選びやすい環境です。
特に今回接客していただいた店員さんは全ての商品の知識があり、付属品として何が必要なのか、どかのメーカーが強いのか等の情報も提供して下さいました。値引きされた価格についてもすぐに提示して下さり、何よりこちらの希望を一番に考慮して客目線で接客していただけたのが何よりです。
最後まで親切で丁寧な対応をしていただきました。
今後も是非お世話になりたいと思います。
