h	h on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最悪です。星を一つ付けなければ投稿できないので1付けましたが0です。 14万前後の価値のブランドのパーカーをクリーニングに出したのですがブランドのロゴを破損されました。誰がどう見てもわかる場所なのにこちらが連絡するまで気づかなかったと言い張りそのまま返してきました。代表者に問い合わせをしましたが、賠償金を十分に支払えないとのこと。2万円ほどしか払えないの一点張りでこちらの話を聞く耳も持ちません。大切な洋服だと伝えて何度もプリントの割れは大丈夫かと確認し、もし破損の可能性があるなら返却して欲しいとお願いしたにも関わらずこの有様です。しかもクリーニング作業を行ったのは責任者の方だとのこと。賠償金額に納得がいかないと交渉したところ、会社側の話では納得出来ないのであれば市役所の消費課に仲介に入ってもらい話をして貰えとのこと。（消費課へ行っても会社側の意見は変わらないと本人の口から聞きました）本当に悲しいです。破損したことよりも会社側の対応に腹が立ちます。賠償額の詳細を聞いてもおおよそ、ほぼ、などの言葉ばかりでハッキリしません。もう今後一切東洋クリーニングにお任せすることはございません。 It's the worst.
