先日お願いしていた家族の冬用コートを取りに行った際、“もうお渡ししている”と言われ、は？っとなってしまいました。
家族の誰も取りに行っていませんでしたのでそのことを伝えても、すでに取りに来ているはずとの一点張り?
何度確認して貰っても、もう渡していると言うのでイライラしてしまいました?
あたりを見回した所、店頭入ってすぐの入り口付近、太陽が燦々とあたる場所に我が家のコートが雑多にかけられているのを見つけました?
大切に何年も来ているコート、日焼けでもしたらどうしてくれるんだ?
申し訳ありませんの一言もなく、渡してくる店員。しかも差額を払えと…。
何かと思えば、依頼の際に、誤って違う種類のコートの料金を請求していたとのこと…。
管理も粗末な上に取り扱いも適当で呆れて物も言えませんでした。
