駐車場やトイレもあり休憩にも最適。
緑地も広く散歩の人や、釣り人も多い。
東側の駐車場にゴミが詰まったボロ軽バン有り。ナンバー付いてるけどタイヤは潰れているから走れそうも無い。何だこりゃ?と見てると自転車に乗って大声で何か叫んでいる危ない人が来る。車はその人の持ち物っぽい。特に夜中は何をされるか分からず危険なので近づかない方が良い。
港湾施設内なので警察の管轄外だろうけど、不審者には違いないのでさっさとどっちも処分してほしい。

When I was wondering what it was, a dangerous person was riding a bicycle and yelling something out loud. The car looks like that person's belongings. Especially in the middle of the night, it is dangerous because you do not know what to do, so it is better to stay away.
Since it is inside the port facility, it may not be under the jurisdiction of the police, but it must be a suspicious person, so please dispose of both immediately.
