リ	リノ様 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ どら焼というよりパンケーキです。ふわりとした生地で、好みが分かれるところですが、魚住駅前のモール内にある和菓子屋さんで、焼きたてほくほくのどら焼をよく食べる私にはちょっと・・・。ても、いろんな味のあんがあって楽しめるでしょう。ここまでなら星４つですが、ついでに買った、どら焼の生地をラスクにした「どラスク」は、煎餅みたいにバリバリと固く、匂いもよくありません。パンのラスクと違い発酵の過程がなかったり、バターを使ってなかったりして、さっくり感がなく小麦粉特有の匂いが残ります。ここまでなら星３つですが、最後に、どら焼に同封されている脱酸素剤です。開封してすぐに、カイロ並みに発熱して驚きました。サイズも小さいし、気づかずに大口あけてかぶりつき、口にいれたり万が一飲み込んだりした場合、どうなるのかと思うとゾッとしました。すぐに他のものに取り替えてください。 It's a pancake rather than a dorayaki.
