★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 皮膚科に罹りました。小太りの男の先生でしたが、手早い診察と患者を考慮した処方箋で、ストレスを感じませんでした。
電話のときに感じが悪かった女の人はあの人だな、というのもすぐわかりましたが、別にそこまで求めてはいません。
I got a dermatologist. Although he was a fat man teacher, he didn't feel stressed because of the quick examination and the patient-friendly prescription.
I quickly realized that the woman who felt uncomfortable on the phone was that person, but I didn't ask for that much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナワクチン2回目を済ました子供が3日後に咳と鼻水が出ていて受診したいので、そのまま伺って良いか尋ねる為に電話しました。症状を伝えてる途中に『先生に聞いてください』と一言いわれ、ブチっと電話切られました。ありえない。結果、他の病院に電話し、受診の了承を得て診察しコロナワクチンの副反応だとわかりました。もし、コロナだった場合院内感染になるかもしれないと配慮した上で電話したのに。二度と行きません。星一つもあげたくないです。

While I was telling my symptoms, I was told "Please ask the teacher" and I was hung up. Impossible. As a result, I called another hospital and examined it with the consent of the doctor, and found that it was a side reaction of the corona vaccine. If it was Corona, I called after considering that it might cause a nosocomial infection. I will never go again. I don't want to give you a single star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 目の下が荒れて、ほかの２つの医院でも診てもらいましたが治らず、Googleで調べて院長に診てもらいました。 手書きでイラストを、書いて丁寧に教えて下さり、もらった薬です治りました。
My eyes got rough and I was seen at the other two clinics, but it didn't heal, so I searched on Google and asked the director to see me. The illustration was written by hand and taught me carefully, and the medicine I received was cured.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 風邪のような症状で体調を崩した為、神栖市のHPに「市内の発熱患者に対応可能な診療・検査医療機関(公表了承分)：新型コロナウイルス感染症対策」にある、野口医院に予約の電話しましたが、事務の方が「うちはコロナ関係の症状はみてません！PCR検査もしてません！」とガチャ切りされました。
本当にしてないのなら、神栖市のHPから名前を削除すべきですし、コロナ関連の対応でパンクをしているのならもう少しやわらかい口調で患者に寄り添ってお断りして頂けばと思います。
先生が誠実で真面目な方だけに、事務の対応が残念でありません。
先生や、先輩の事務方の方から指導して頂ければより良い病院になると思います。

If you haven't really done so, you should remove the name from the Kamisu City website, and if you're puncturing with a corona-related response, I'd like you to decline with a softer tone.
It is a pity that the office work is handled only by the teacher who is sincere and serious.
I think that it will be a better hospital if you can receive guidance from the teachers and senior clerical staff.
