Correspondence is too bad. It takes a month for the vehicle inspection ... I didn't answer or contact me even if I called. It is not a good level for customer business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最悪です。相手が日時を決めたにも関わらず 連絡なしのドタキャン。連絡しても電話出ない。電話をかけ続けスタッフが出ても責任者はいない。折り返し連絡しますと言ったにも関わらず連絡なし。もちろん謝罪もなし。
無責任すぎる。
It's the worst. A slapstick without contact even though the other party decided the date and time. I can't answer the phone even if I contact you. There is no person in charge even if the staff keeps calling. I said I'll get back to you, but I didn't get in touch. Of course there is no apology.
Too irresponsible.
