★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite ramen place in all of Tokyo. Everything is tonkotsu ramen, with the extra greasy broth that has clumps of fat in it. It sounds revolting but it makes for a killer flavor and an unforgettable bowl of ramen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great local place with good atmosphere and good food. Ramen, gyoza and rice. A little more elevated than a regular ramen bar, with a nice rustic interior that's more like a nice ski lodge than a ramen place. Broth is thick and they use the traditional thick, kinky noodles, not the thing white ones that many modern places are using now. Fried rice is the real deal - you can even watch the chef working away at it with a wok over a large gas burner. Worth the walk from Harajuku station.
