We went around various children's houses. These staff members are the most courteous and warm and supportive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前はとても感じがよかったのですが、春辺りから、大変なのでしょうが、対応が悪くなりました。結局、お役所仕事。（一人の職員のせいかもしれませんが。）
二度と行かない。
I used to feel very good before, but since around spring, it may be difficult, but the response has deteriorated. After all, government office work. (Maybe because of one employee.)
I won't go again.
