K	Keisuke Hayashi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この度は、知り合いから「乃が美」の高級生食パンを頂きました。貰った瞬間テンションぶち上げ⤴︎︎⤴︎︎ 2斤で¥864と食パンにしてはやっぱり高い！値段に見合う味なのか早速実食しました。生で食べるのがオススメです。袋を開けた瞬間、小麦の良い香りが広がります。手でちぎろうとするともっちもちでふっわふわ。ひとくち食べると、香りがより強く感じられ、甘みが強いのがとても印象的です。ハチミツが混ぜこまれているらしいです。そして驚きなのは食パンの耳！薄すぎてもうほとんど無い感じ。ギリギリある耳も柔らかくて食べてて嫌な感じがしません。素材本来の旨みと甘みが最大の特徴という言葉がピッタリすぎます。一日目より二日目のほうが味が落ち着き、甘味をより感じます。「乃が美」の社長のおすすめの食べ方は「チーズトースト」切った食パンにスライスチーズを一枚乗せ、塩をひとつまみ。塩が食パンの甘みもより引き立てるそうです。仙台には色々な生食パン専門店があるので、食べ比べしてみたいです。ご馳走様でした！！ This time, I got a high-grade raw bread of "Nogami" from an acquaintance.
