監査先の経営者を「ババ抜きのババ」呼ばわりして愚弄する所長が運営する税理士事務所。ここに監査を依頼しようと検討されている経営者の方はご注意ください。森本氏は「ババ抜きのババ」呼ばわりして愚弄した監査先に対し、減価償却の方式を何らかの意図の下に変更し、本来は複数年単位で数千万円規模だった筈の納税額を億単位にまで増額させ、それを平然と提示。最終的に会社の売却を勧めるという、利益の面でも顧客を顧みない自称税理士ですので、改めて注意を促します。その行為が故意か否かは判然としないものの、所長である森本氏が自称する「ホームドクター」が、森本氏でない事だけは、はっきりしています。また、このような自称税理士に過ぎない森本氏に所属税理士としてのお墨付きを与え続けているTKCさんにも、一抹の疑問符を抱かざるを得ません。この自称税理士にTKCさんの金看板を貸し与えたまま、放埓を許していると、TKCさんの信頼を毀損しかねないのではないかと、懸念いたしております。私の不勉強も御座いまして、TKCさんと森本氏がどのような関係に有るのかは存じ上げておりません。しかしながら、森本氏がTKC会員と銘打って、その活動を遂行している以上は看過出来ぬゆえ、TKCさんにも僭越ながら意見を具申させて頂きました。
