★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 親の件で、スタッフや管理者さんに色々教えてもらったけど、看護師は1人も常駐しない施設らしい。
必要な時にだけ、訪問看護の看護師さんが、違う建物の訪問看護ステーションから来るそうだ。
介護施設の事は知識がないのでよくわからないが、施設名称に『看護』と言うキーワードがあったので、看護師が常駐するもんだと思っていたが、ココは違うらしい。
管理者と施設ケアマネの対応が悪すぎる。
こんな人たちが介護をやってるのがおかしい。
こんな状況じゃ、安心して親を預けることができない。

The correspondence between the manager and the facility care manager is too bad.
It is strange that such people are providing long-term care.
In such a situation, you cannot leave your parents with confidence.
