★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 焼飯を玉子で包んでくれる、焼オム(自身ではそう呼んでいます)を、前から食べたくて探していました。
ココ上海さんで見つけたので早速、朝から伺って入ってみた。メニューに焼オムらしき商品は、載って無かったので、説明を何と言って頼んでいいのかわからず名前を聞いてみたところ
「天ヤメ(天津/玉子で覆っているので、その天津焼き飯が、短縮となって『天ヤメ』もしくは『天津ヤキメシ』)との名前だそうです」
どうやら常連さんのリクエストに応えている内に、「アレと同じの頂戴」とリクエストが増えて、人気看板メニューになったそうです。
せっかくなので餃子と揚げ焼売も頼んで朝から超満腹でした。雰囲気にボリューム、豊富なメニューと、それに加えて少し濃い目の味付けは、かなり自分好みでした。

Apparently, while responding to the requests of regulars, the number of requests increased, saying "Please give me the same as that", and it seems that it has become a popular signboard menu.
Since it was a big deal, I ordered dumplings and fried dumplings and was very full from the morning. I really liked the atmosphere, the volume, the rich menu, and the slightly deeper flavor.
