アウトレット店は、本店やwebと異なって送料が掛かる
送料込みだと、キズ付き商品を定価以上で購入することになる。
これが理解できない。
送料込みでも定価を若干でも下回るならアウトレットセールとしてユーザが望むイベントに沿うが、これは真逆のイベント。この会社の企画者はユーザ利益なんて考えていないことが解る。
それを証明するかのように、この店舗のスタッフは研修生が１名でいるだけ。クレームが来ることは想定済みで責任能力があるスタッフをあえて置いておらず、研修生は平謝り担当になっている。
研修生は、機械的に平謝りしており慣れている感じ。
この業務が嫌で辞めても研修生なら問題ないので、こんな店舗に置いているのだろう。
ユーザ利益を考えないことや自社スタッフの扱いから、この会社の経営はコンプライアンスやモラルが非常に低いことが伺える。

As if to prove it, the staff of this store has only one trainee. The trainees are in charge of apologizing, as we do not dare to place responsible staff on the assumption that complaints will come.
The trainees apologize mechanically and feel familiar.
I don't like this job, so even if I quit it, there is no problem for trainees, so I suppose I put it in such a store.
It can be seen that the management of this company has very low compliance and morals because it does not consider user interests and the handling of its own staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente tienda. Muebles de alta calidad y gran diseño que muestran algunas señales de daño a un muy buen precio. Principalmente mesas de comedor y sillones. Es el outlet de una mueblería de precio medio así que no esperen encontrar grandes descuentos.
En la misma zona esta la boutique de nuevos para comparar.
