施設内には郵便局や第四銀行、軽食処も備えています。周辺にはセブンイレブン、ファミリーマートもあります。貸会議室は用途に応じたホールや部屋があり、時間帯(午前、午後)で予約制で借りることができます。詳細な情報は公式ホームページにて、確認できます。

同敷地内には郵便局も隣接、向かいには第四銀行もあり好都合。
会議室を何度か借りましたが、電源用コンセント一つからも料金が発生するのは少し驚きました。賃貸料はやや割高な印象。
会議室は広さや収容人員によっていくつかあるので便利。
機器類の接続に不慣れな場合でも職員の方が来て教えてくださるのは助かります。
トイレは清潔に保たれている方だと思います。
喫煙スペースもきちんと個室で設けられているので、煙たくなくて良いです。
