大将が握るマグロのづけや煮ハマグリを食べて、回転寿司とは全く別ジャンルの料理だとわかった気がします。（仕入れや仕込みの状況によっていつもあるとは限らないらしいです。）

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 気さくで心遣いが細やかな大将。手際もよく、仕事が早い。地元に根付いたお寿司屋さん。お寿司も料理も美味しかったです。宴会だとお酒の持ち込みも?という太っ腹。

手巻き寿司は海苔がパリパリで、土瓶蒸し（舞茸やエビ入り）や、うな丼（ご飯が寿司飯！）がとても美味しかったです。

5500円のコースを注文しましたが、茶碗蒸しや、焼き白子といったものから始まりメインの江戸前寿司で締めという形式でした。
寿司にはあらかじめ煮切りが軽く塗られており、そのまま食べられました。美味しかったですよ。
飲みものは持ち込みができるようで、そこはお得でした。
駅からも徒歩圏内でちょうどいい距離感でした。
