住所は野火止2丁目。新座市の真ん中、平林寺の近くにある田舎風手打ちうどんとそばの店。 にんじんうどんや天ぷらがおすすめのようだけど、以下を注文。小上がり席で30分ほど待って到着。 ・肉汁うどん ・けんちん汁うどん ・ざるそば 武蔵野うどんではなく、あくまで田舎風。しっかりと太めでモチシコ食感。つけ汁には柚子の皮が忍ばせてあってよい風味。肉汁うどんは豚もも肉やほうれん草入り。けんちん汁うどんは根菜がたっぷり。野菜の天ぷらや小梅がつくのもうれしい。 子どものざるそばも味見。ツルシコで美味。うどんのつけ汁で食べてもグッドでした。

The flavor of the soup may be covered with citron skin. The gravy udon contains pork thigh meat and spinach. Kenchin soup udon has plenty of root vegetables. It's nice to have vegetable tempura and Koume. Taste the children's zaru soba. Tsurushiko and delicious. It was good to eat with udon soup.

平林寺に参拝した際に寄ってみました。物珍しさに人参うどんを頼みましたが、野菜中心の天ぷらが美味しいです。壁に貼ってあるお品書きにも気になる物もあり、再訪したいです。 人参うどんは見た目はナポリタンっぽいですが、ほのかに人参の味がする感じです。
I stopped by when I visited Heirinji Temple. I ordered carrot udon for its rarity, but the vegetable-based tempura is delicious. I'd like to revisit some of the items on the wall that I'm curious about. Carrot udon looks like Napolitan, but it has a faint taste of carrots.

新座市の名物、人参のペーストを練り込んだうどんは綺麗なオレンジ色で瑞々しくツルンとしていてコシがあり喉越しも良いです♫ 可愛い天ぷらは舞茸、茄子、さつま芋、人参、銀杏と白い蕎麦風のは素麺を揚げた物かな? 注文が入ってから揚げたものでサクッとしていてまいう〜♫ コレで800円は安いしお勧めです♫

他所のエリアではあまり知られていないと思いますが埼玉県の新座とか朝霞エリアはちょっとした人参の生産地で駅前(JR北朝霞駅)に人参のモニュメントがあったり人参を使った特産品を開発したりと結構人参推しなのです。 で、そんな人参を使った特産品の代表格である人参うどんを提供しているお店の一つがさか重さん。 今回頼んだのは天ぷら付き人参うどん。 色鮮やかな人参うどんはモチモチした歯応えにツルンとした喉越し。 人参の風味は殆ど感じられませんが擦りおろした人参が練り込まれているのでβカロチンが豊富に含まれているんだそうです。 中々全国区にブレイクできないローカルB級グルメではありますが地域住民の一人として応援しています。

平林寺の門前店「さか重」さんです。 正面ではなく、平林寺の南側横角に位置します。 (平林寺前交差点の角/正門からは見えないです)。 門から出たら、市役所と反対側へ右に進み信号の横にあります。 車は店前に5台分スペースあり。 うどん、そばを中心に昼間はランチ、夜は食事と居酒屋としてのお店です。 うどんは、この地方名物のコシの強い武蔵野うどんではありません! コシの無いタイプが意外ですが、味はわるくありません。 美味しいです。 花見や紅葉の季節には平林寺の参拝客で賑わいます。 (繁忙期はランチサービスは中止) シーズン以外は、平林寺参拝客と常連客のランチや夜のお店ですね。 私は平日のランチタイムによく、寄ります。 ランチサービスメニューが10種類程度から選べます。 魚料理、フライ料理、お肉料理等のメインに、準メインが付いて、さらに小ぶりな麺類と小皿料理が数点並び、ご飯と味噌汁がついてテーブルは料理でいっぱい! 最後に、珈琲が付いてトータル950円でした。(1000円に改定) 料理人のご主人と、ホール担当の品の良い女性の方が対応してくれます。 いろいろな味が楽しめます。 お得感のあるランチですね。 2019.10.21 久しぶりに訪問です 「さか重さん」のランチは、メインと凖メインがついて、更に複数の小皿が並び麺料理とテーブルがいっぱいになります。 最後にコーヒーもついて美味しいだけじゃなく、楽しいランチですね? 今月から ランチの値段が950円から1000円にかわりました。 増税とか物価上昇でしょうがないですね。 ごちそうさまでした。 また来ます。

天婦羅付きにんじんうどんと肉汁うどんを発注。にんじんうどんは特に人参風味を感じる事はありません。両方とも麺はモチフワで美味しかったです。天婦羅はサクサクで当たり!肉汁うどんにも少し天婦羅が付いてきます。
I ordered carrot udon with tempura and gravy udon. Carrot udon does not have a particular carrot flavor. Both noodles were fluffy and delicious. Tempura is crispy and hit! The gravy udon also comes with a little tempura.

Today we visited Heirin-ji (founded 1375) in Niiza. There were only two lunch options nearby, both soba restaurants. This one seemed to have better variety. Initially, atmosphere was not very welcoming. Decor is from 1970s, at least. Menu all on wall, large, you will need time unless you are fast reader. Suggest looking at other review pics which have menu to study before you go. Pleasantly surprised by quality of food. Actually very tasty and filling. Cloudy-faced owner broke a sweet smile when we told her it was delicious and we enjoyed.
