★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 担当者が特別悪かったのかも知れませんが、いい加減でごまかしが多く、約束も守れず本当に最悪でした。書類の確認を電話でした際に不備を指摘したところ、「ホントですか？」の一言。大家さんの指定企業でなければ、絶対に利用しようとは思わないです。
The person in charge may have been particularly bad, but it was really terrible because he couldn't keep his promise because he was sloppy and cheated. When I pointed out the deficiency when I called to confirm the documents, I said "Is it really?" Unless it is a company designated by the landlord, I will never use it.
