区役所に寄る道中に発見。定休日は月曜日とのこと(不定期休あり)初めて角型のパンドミを見つけたので購入。オーナーらしき女性の店員さんが対応して下さる。端数はおまけしてくれたり個人店らしい柔軟な対応で気さくな方との印象。

まだパンは焼成中で種類が少なかったですが、個包装されており、コロナ対策をしているように見えます。
入り口にはスーパーキングの袋が置いてあったので
もちもち食感のパンを売りにしているのだと思います。
実際購入したチーズパンやレザンのパンはもちっとしっとりして、小さくても重く食べ応えがありました。
こちらから見える厨房のガラスやカウンター内が
雑然としており、清掃や衛生面に不安を感じました。
