お	おくた on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 正直どうしてこんなに評価がいいのか全く分かりません。みんながみんな同じ対応ではないと思うので、一個人の素直な感想として読んで頂ければと思います。 1回目はなんばパークス店に伺い、あまりいい印象がなかったのでこちらの店舗に行ってみましたが、なんばパークス店といい梅田店といい気持ちのいい接客とは言えませんでした。結婚指輪の購入を考えていたのですが、親身になって考えてくれているとは到底思えまない態度で、店員さんが手袋をとり自分の指にリングをつけたときは驚きました。正直、こちらの感想を聞いてそれに対するアドバイスやポイントなど教えていただきたかったのに、ずっと自分目線のお話をされていて結婚というワクワクした気持ちで入店したはずが、無になりました。また、私がもう一つ悩んでいた外資系のブランドがあったのですがその話をしたところ「外資系のブランドは〜なので辞めておいた方がいいと思います。」と言われてしまい、自分が真剣に悩んでいたことに対して、悩む気持ちなどに寄り添っていただけない態度が悲しくなりました。リング自体のデザインなどはいいからこそ余計に残念です。彼がデザインやつけ心地という面で、俄が良いと言うのですごく悩みました。でもどうしてもこの人から「購入したい」と思えず、悩んだ結果京都の本店で購入しました。本店の方はとても対応が良かったので、同じような思いがある方はぜひ本店へ行かれるのもいいかと思います。 To be honest, I have no idea why the evaluation is so good.
