その立梅用水を管理する事務所と、立梅用水を発起した西村彦左衛門の生家や像があります。
堰はリバーサイド茶倉と道の駅茶倉をつなぐ橋から櫛田川を眺めると見えるそうです。
他の用水路関係の写真も、事務所が携わっているという意味でアップされているんでしょうね。
