★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上司と部下の距離が近く、仕事でわからないところ(些細なことでも)を聞いても、嫌な顔一つしないで丁寧に教えてくれます。
面倒見の良さは、かなり良いと思います。
休みも、比較的取りやすい方です。
かなり上の立場の方も、頻繁に現場に顔を出します。
仕事面のアドバイスはリーダーがメインでしますが、時には工場長や専務がアドバイスをする事もあります。
問題点があった時も、その担当者やリーダーに留まらず、後日(大概は翌日)の朝礼時に問題を共有していきます。
全体的にギスギスした雰囲気の職場ではないので、現場に不慣れな方でも割と慣れやすい職場だと思います。
