は	はななねむろ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 犬が亡くなり、動物病院の先生にこちらのペット霊園を紹介していただきました。17年間連れ添った相棒ということもあり、家族全員がどうしょうもなく沈んでいましたが、こちらでとても丁寧に心を込めて送り出していただいたことで感情に整理をつけることができました。悲しい気持ちはどうにもできませんが、こうしてゆっくりと時間を取っていただいてお別れできると前向きな気持ちが生まれるのだなと思いました。新川の綺麗な自然の中にあり、また新川は犬が生前遊んだ場所でもあったので、思い出の場所でお別れできたのもよかったです。ありがとうございました。 The dog passed away and my teacher at an animal hospital introduced me this pet cemetery. It was sometimes called a buddies buddy for 17 years and how the whole family was sunken soon, but I was able to organize my emotions by sending my heart very carefully here. I can not do sad feeling anything, but I thought that if I could take time to slowly and thus leave a positive feeling. It is in the beautiful nature of Shinkawa, and Shinkawa was also a place where dogs played before dinner, so it was nice to have been able to part at the place of memories. Thank you very much.
ゆ	ゆら on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2回目の利用です。半年前の前回も、とても対応が良かったので、動物病院の先生のご紹介で、今回も利用させていただきました。ご夫婦で、営まれていらっしゃるようで、暖かいおもてなしの中で、火葬は行われました。自然もたくさんで、お庭もきれいな花が咲いており、のどかな景色の中で、張り詰めた気持ちも和らぎ、また看板犬のキューちゃんも、わかってるかのように、そっと寄り添ってくれました。ご主人の所作ひとつひとつが丁寧で、こちらの心細さや淋しさを汲んでくださり、お手伝いいただき本当に感謝しています。亡くなったペットのことをお子さまと表現したり、最期のお別れの際に家族だけにしてくれる様に少し離れてくれたりと細かい配慮をして頂き、この子のお骨も丁寧に扱って下さったことが1番嬉しかったです。また、奥様の心のこもったさりげない料理や、こまめな飲み物も、前回同様ココロに染みました。ロッジのような居間で、ひととき、我が子を忍びながら、別れを告げる事ができました。最初から最後まで本当に丁寧かつ、遺族と亡くなった子に対し、誠意のこもった対応をしていただいて、感謝してもしたりないです。安らかな旅立ちを提供してくださり感謝です。 It is the second use. Please kindly treat the bones of this child with care, such as expressing your dead pet as a child, or leaving a little away so that only the family will be separated at the time of the last farewell. I was most happy to hear that. Also, my wife's heartfelt and casual dishes and diligent drinks were infused in the same way as last time. In a living room like a lodge, I was able to say goodbye while sneaking up on my child. From the beginning to the end, I'm really thankful for the kindness and sincere response to my bereaved family and the dead child. Thank you for providing a peaceful departure.
