この時期 出掛けるのも怖い中 決められた期間内の手続きに 出向き対応の悪さ悲しいものがありますね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本日は障害をお持ちの方の転入手続き等を行いました。私が動くことなく、担当の職員さんが代わる代わる来ていただき終えました。対応も大変良く親切でした。どこのお役所もこのような対応をしていただけば、ありがたいですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マイナンバーカードで電子証明書の更新手続をしてきました。普段使う事が無いので、署名用の番号と暗証番号は忘れかけていました。ノートに書いた記録を探し出しやっとクリアできました。市役所のマイナンバーカード関係の窓口はかなり待合い人がいて、混んでいました。担当の方の対応は丁寧に接してもらいました。
I have been renewing my digital certificate with my number card. I have forgotten my signature number and PIN because I don't usually use them. I found the record I wrote in my notebook and finally cleared it. There were quite a few waiting people at the My Number Card-related window at the city hall, and it was crowded. The person in charge responded politely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1Ｆ証明書窓口の若い女性職員の対応が良くなかったです。
職員の方は1日に何人もの対応されているので同じことの繰り返しで対応が雑になっているのかもしれませんが、住民としては役所に行く回数はそんなにありません。
不慣れなこともあるのでもう少し丁寧に対応してもらえるとありがたいです。
The response of the young female staff at the 1st floor certificate window was not good.
Since there are many staff members working in a day, it may be difficult to deal with them by repeating the same thing, but as a resident, I don't go to the office so often.
I may be unfamiliar with it, so I would appreciate it if you could respond more politely.
