土砂降りで帰って来たところ、「天気予報でも言ってなかったのにビックリですね、大変でしたね」とへらへら（これは問題ないです）。
無料傘貸し出しと書かれていたのでお願いしたところ、「貸出やってない。それは今から乗車される人用」と悪びれもせず言い放つ。いやいや、この土砂降りの中出てけっての？
客商売としての人間性を疑いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車内で曲が聴きたいからBluetooth対応車種がよかったのに、前回は非対応の車種にあたり、今回はそれを避けたいからわざわざグレード上げたのにまたBluetooth非対応…店員はすみませんだけ。
もう別のレンタカー店で借りますよ。
他の日産レンタカー店は対応いいのに、ここは対応悪いです。
本当に残念なお店です。
お客さんはこんな対応されたら減りますね。
