最初に問い合わせてから5日も経ってるのに、取り下げないなんてなんてずさんな経営でしょうか？電話の時の女性も、店舗での対応してくれた女性も、愛想が悪いので尚更腹立たしい思いをしました。
 When I contacted 3/1 to rent a minivan or one-box system, I was told that "there is no car to rent because it overlaps with the move", but Rakuten Net Rent-A-Car was in stock, so please When I went to the store and asked, "Because it overlaps with moving ...", the same answer as when TEL. "I came because it was posted on the net, right?" And said, "If you don't withdraw it, it will still be posted."
It's been five days since I first contacted you, but how sloppy management is that you can't withdraw? Both the woman on the phone and the woman who responded at the store were unfriendly, which made me even more annoyed.
