母曰く、「終始丁寧に対応していただき、原因である部品も迅速に取り替えていただきました。お代も結構ですと言われて大変恐縮でした。次車を買うときはこちらにお願いします」とのことでした。
エンジンルームを見ずに、オイル交換をしていないあんたの問題だから(半年は越えるときもありましたが、2500㎞で実際は替えています)とこっちの言い分も聞かず言い張る鳴子店の工場長様とは大違いで感動しましたので☆5とさせていただきます。

考えられない応対です
