2020年12月、セレナを購入して４年弱ですが、バッテリー交換をしました。これまでにずっと点検やメンテナンス等でお世話になっていますが、本当に細やかな気遣いと誠実な対応で、新車でもないのに申し訳ないくらいです。今日のバッテリー交換とフロントガラスの油膜取りでは、洗車はもちろん、車内清掃までされていました。本当にいいスタッフばかりで、また車を買う際は、たとえ中古でも、日産プリンス長野の川中島店で買いたいと思います。
I bought Serena, but the staff were very friendly and caring and cleaning was perfect, so it was a comfortable space.
In December 2020, I bought Serena for less than 4 years, but I replaced the battery. I have been indebted to the inspections and maintenance for a long time, but I am sorry that it is not a new car because of the really delicate care and sincere response. In today's battery replacement and windshield oil film removal, not only car washing but also car interior cleaning was done. All the staff are really good, and when I buy a car, I would like to buy it at the Kawanakajima store in Nissan Prince Nagano, even if it is used.
