見学は、要予約です。ゲストホールに入ると正面出入口に、どうだと言わんばかりに、何と、世界に誇れるスーパーカー「GT-R」が堂々とした姿でお出迎え(≧▽≦)車好きな方は、もうここで体中に電撃が走り、涙ものでしょう。勿論、日産の車作りの紹介等を聞いたり映像を観たり、組み立て工場の検査の所を見学したりもします。でも、ホール内には、インフィニティ等の高級車も展示してあり、これらは、乗ったり触ったり写真を撮ったりできます。また、GT-Rのエンジン「匠」も展示してあります。是非、栃木工場のHPを見ながら、見学可能な日を選んで、一度、行ってみてはいかがでしょう。帰る時、見学記念に非売品のリーフのミニカーが貰えます。

子供と日産上三川工場見学に行きました。予約は取りにくいですが車好きな方には楽しい時間だと思います。 工場見学は平日のみになります。 撮影は許可されませんが工場内では実際にGT-R等造っているところが見られるのでオススメです!

派遣のバイトをやるときは場所によって大ハズレあり。特に4勤2休はたいていはほぼ12時間拘束は確実そして法律によって45時間以上の残業ができないが11時間までやらせたいから定時の時間の変動が30分から2時間の変動がある、異動金と書いているがたいていは定時の時間が変動した分の半分前後の金をいれただけなので1ヶ月未満(バックレるともいうが)でやめるものいるのも事実かな。あとは人間悪し。あとバイトの離職率が高いので対策案として派遣の担当はバックレずにやっている人に長く続けさせたいために悪意をもってわざと更新について伝えることはありませんので更新一月前にはきっちり伝えましょう、でないと本人意思確認無しで延長されますよ。でないとテンション下がった状態で仕事をやることになりますからね。

ニッサンインテリジェントファクトリー。脱炭素化に向けた新たな取り組みが、この工場で始まりました。簡潔にいうと、エンジンなどパワートレインをロボットが組み付けるラインや、塗装工程に於いてバンパーとボデイを同じラインで同時に塗装するなどの新しい生産技術を開発し、工場の生産工程に導入することで、CO2の排出量を抑制し、組立作業者の負担軽減に繋げようということです。これまでは、パワートレインなどの組み付け作業を5〜6人のスタッフで行っていましたが、少し屈む姿勢になるなど作業者への負担は大きいものでした。塗装作業に於いても、バンパーとボデイは別々に塗装を行っていました。今回導入した新しい生産技術は、今後数年間内に国内外の工場に導入されます。エンジン、電気モーター、e-POWERの、どの動力源がラインを流れてきても生産順に正確にロボットが組み付けるという画期的な取り組み。技術の日産ならではの素晴らしい仕事ではないでしょうか。

They really tried to give an inside in the factory and how the overall system works. Production line seems somewhat outdated (alot is still done manually, but this could be related to focus on high end cars, which are usually manufactured more carefully).

I actually worked there for about 6 months while they were designing the 370Z convertible from living in america having this be your first experience working outside the states its clean they take great pride in what they do and they work long days to make it happen cant tell you how many times I worked from 6 am till 2 or 3 am just to do it again the next day but thats on a project start up side but I assume the rest have the same work ethic if you have a chance it is worth seeing once in your life...
