ま	まぁさん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ インパネのマルチディスプレイにメンテナンス情報(スパナのマーク)が表示されたため原因を聞くため予約なしで来店しましたが、フロントマンから[いらっしゃいませ]もなし。その後サービスの方に対応してもらいましたが[こちらではそういうのは把握していないのでお客様のほうで取説を見てもらうしかない]と言われました。サービスマンの口から出る言葉ではないですね。早い話が、トラブルを見つけたらあとはユーザーが個々に取説を参照して対応してくれという事なのでしょうか。この店で購入した車でないと親切な対応をしていただけないのでしょうか？その理由として、私が乗り込む前にサービスマンの方はそそくさと工場の中に消えていきました。ちなみにその後平泉日産さんに連絡をしたところ、[数分でできますよ]と気持ちのいい電話応対をしてくれました。残念ながらお昼に引っかかり来店はできませんでしたが店舗によってこんなにも差があるのかと驚いてしまいました。正直なところ、水沢店は星はゼロ以下です。 Since maintenance information (spanner mark) was displayed on the instrument panel's multi-display, I came to the store without a reservation to ask the cause, but there was no [Welcome] from the frontman. Unfortunately, I couldn't come to the store at noon, but I was surprised that there was such a difference depending on the store. To be honest, the Mizusawa store has less than zero stars.
