y	yosida jun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6年程前に車検整備をお願いしました。日産の割と有名な名車に乗っていますが、車検から帰って来るとホイール一本が、ガリ傷だらけで帰って来ました。私自身が付けた傷かも知れませんが、傷に赤い塗料が付いていたので「御社が整備中に付けた傷と違いますか」と質問すると「整備担当者に確認しましたが、整備でついた傷では無いようです。」との回答でした。入庫の際に、各所の傷の確認等を担当者としなかった私にも落ち度はあると思いますが、少しあんまりな対応だと思いました。少し高価なアルミホイールやブレーキキャリパー等を取り付けておられる方は、入庫したら写真など撮って傷のチェックなどされた方が良いと思います。それとこの車検整備を受けた以前に、3速でアクセル全開にするとエンジンが失火する症状で入庫しましたが、全く原因不明と言う事で直らず帰って来ました。後に自分で色々調べて、直りましたが、素人でも直せる様な症状でも直せないディーラーってどうでしょう。接客については、京都日産よりは遥かに良いと思います。 I asked for vehicle inspection and maintenance about 6 years ago.
