スタッフの方がいつも笑顔で対応してくださり、大変感じが良いです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 楽天トラベルから空車になっている状態のものがエラーで予約できないので状況確認の電話をしました。対応は行ってもらえたのですが、終始鼻で笑ったような口調で『それは予約できていないんじゃないですかね~？w』のような発言があり非常に不快でした。楽天のエラーは全く日産レンタカーの責任ではないのですが、この店員さんの対応は最悪です。おすすめしません。
I called Rakuten Travel to confirm the situation because I couldn't make a reservation for an empty car due to an error. I was able to respond, but with a tone that made me laugh with my nose from beginning to end, "Isn't it not possible to make a reservation?" There was a statement like "w" and it was very unpleasant. Rakuten's error is not the responsibility of Nissan Rent-A-Car, but this clerk's response is the worst. Not recommended.

予約もせずに伺いましたが、心良く車を用意して頂き凄く助かりました。店員さんが親身になって奈良の道について教えてくれました。次回は旅行に来た時に利用しようと思います。
I used it for my daughter's move from Hokkaido in March.
I visited without making a reservation, but it was a great help to have a car prepared. The clerk became friendly and taught me about the road in Nara. Next time I will use it when I come to travel.
