m	masashi katsube on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何社か見積りをしてもらったけど、クロスマンに決めてお世話になりました。インターネットから「リフォーム島根県」で検索して出てきたので電話しましたが、夜イチで転送っぽいに事になって出たときの営業マンの対応は大丈夫かいな？来てくれるかいな？って正直不安でした。見積り当日、オシャンティなチョイワルオヤジな印象の良い営業マンが来たなぁと思ってたら、名刺交換してビックリ！営業マンと思ってたら、社長自ら来て頂いたのです。だからと言って何もありませんが、リフォーム箇所を見てもらいました。この時点でほぼクロスマンにお願いしようと考えてました。それは知識と経験と自信が他社よりズバ抜けて堂々としてたからです。こうしたいと伝えた事でも、提案力も抜群で、さらにもっと良くなる方法などをプレゼンしてもらいました。それからも何回か打ち合わせしてもらい、少し無理なお願いを受け入れて下さったり、工事してもらいました。おかげさまで今は快適な生活を送れてます。異業種から転職して来られたという事務員さんも気さくで明るくて、ドンとかまえておられw、(私だったら、、と)一緒に考えてくれたり、でも分からない事は社長などに確認して下さり良かったです。また経年劣化したりしたら、クロスマンにお願いしようと思います。工事のときに、職人さん(協力会社？)の作業対応に満足出来ないところがあったので、－★です。 I got a quote from several companies, but I decided on Crossman and took care of me.
