ル	ルゲシルゲシ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外壁塗装でいろいろ検討しました。何社か相談させていただきましたが、美匠さんに決めさせていただきました。まず、見積もりの段階でドローンを使って屋根等の高い所の写真を撮り、それをファイリングし、資料として作成してくれました。ここが、こうだから、あそこがこうだからこうします。と丁寧、分かりやすく説明してくれました。実際に作業が始まると、職人さんがしっかり挨拶してくれ、工事期間中も進捗状況をマメに連絡してくれました。 ※偏見ですが、職人さんとは無愛想な物だと思いこんでいたので、職人さんの対応には大変好感がもてました。最終チェックでも細かな所まで見て下さり手直しもしてくれました。営業さん、職人さん、皆さんがすごく教育されている会社だと感じました。自分も営業職を25年以上していますが、美匠さんのような対応をしないといけないなと大変感じさせられました。とにかく、素晴らしいです。 100点満点です。外壁塗装を検討している知人がいたら是非紹介させてください。家族全員大満足でした。本当に有り難う御座いました。 ※ツバメの巣の件大変ありがたかったです。今年もツバメが来たらきっと喜ぶと思います！ I examined various things with the exterior wall painting. t	t arita on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外壁のシール材がひび割れて、奥の下地が見えてたので、外壁塗装を検討し始めました。ネットで検索すると浜松市では美匠さんの評価が非常に高く、正直、逆に不安になりましたが、見積もりが口頭のみの説明ではなく、ドローンで撮影した各箇所の写真を見ながら丁寧に説明されてて作業内容が理解しやすかったので美匠さんにお願いすることにしました。実際作業に入ってからも手際よく、明るい雰囲気で作業されてるのがわかるとのことで、在宅勤務中の妻も安心していたようです。作業後の出来映えですが、作業前に店舗で作成していただいたシミュレーション写真とほぼ同じ出来で、満足しています。塗装部もペンキと言うよりは樹脂素材を溶着したような手触りで、撥水性もかなりいいです。さすがに5年後、10年後の評価は出来ませんが、作業完了した現段階ではかなり満足しています。 The sealing material on the outer wall was cracked and I could see the base in the back, so I started to consider painting the outer wall.
