★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日こちらのお店でエアコンを購入しました。店舗の品揃えは良いと思います。しかし、家族経営なのか接客での対応では無愛想とまでは言いませんが、ダルそうで暗い感じがしました。
ここまでは許容範囲だと言えます。
しかし、こちらのお店の下請け（エアコン設置業者）の電気工事士の施工は、私個人的な感想では良い印象を受けませんでした。
①エアコン設置の際に出たゴミを家のゴミ箱に捨てられたこと。（ここまでは許せます）
②ケーブルなどを切断した際に出た銅線や絶縁体などの小さなゴミがベランダに散らかっていたこと。（多分、腰道具から溢れ落ちたのではないでしょうか）
施工後は、ホウキやチリトリなどを持参して設置の際に出たゴミカスを掃除して欲しかったです。それがとても残念。
販売店の対応が、もっとハキハキと笑顔で接客頂けていたら星4ぐらいにしていました。

I bought an air conditioner at this shop the other day. I think the store's assortment is good. However, although it is not unfriendly in terms of customer service, whether it is a family business or not, it seems dull and dark.
It can be said that this is an acceptable range.
However, the construction of the electrician who was a subcontractor (air conditioner installer) of this shop did not give a good impression in my personal opinion.
(1) The trash generated when installing the air conditioner was thrown into the trash can of the house. (I can forgive you so far)
(2) Small dust such as copper wire and insulators that came out when cutting cables etc. were scattered on the balcony. (Maybe it overflowed from the waist tool)
After the construction, I wanted you to bring a broom or dustpan and clean the dust that came out during the installation. That's very disappointing.
If the dealers were able to serve customers with a smile and a smile, it would have been about 4 stars.
