朝からうるさいので管理者のハートフルホームに改善を求めたが取り合ってもらえない。看板も無いのでどこの作業場かも分からない。
キチンと管理出来ないならやめてほしい。
金の為なら地元住民を無視してなんでもする悪質な不動産屋です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 当初もらった用紙には、礼金1カ月、敷金2カ月と書かれていたのに、いざ契約しようと契約書を送ってもらうと、礼金2カ月、敷金3カ月に増額されていた、その点を指摘すると、オーナーとやりとりしたのか、礼金は1カ月でいいので、敷金は3カ月でどうでしょう？と、ふざけた回答。もちろん契約はしませんでした。最低の不動産屋です。。

They've been responsive and timely with everything. They have gone out of their way to assist me time and time again. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
