★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 海岸側からだと須磨浦山上遊園のある鉢伏山、旗振山を越えて。高倉団地側からだと300段ほどの階段を上がるとすぐに出てくる山頂の広場があります(*･ω･)ﾉ
団地側からはそんなに時間もかからずに上がれるので、山頂まで上がってベンチでゆっくりと過ごしている人もいます。
週末はわかりませんが平日は人も少ないので、20分ていどで階段上って山頂の広場で過ごすのも良いかもしれません。
高倉山から明石海峡大橋や、須磨海浜、六甲山系の山も見えて開放的です。
From the coast side, cross Mt. Hachibuse and Mt. Hatafuri, where Sumaura Sanjo Amusement Park is located. From the Takakura housing complex side, there is a mountaintop plaza that appears as soon as you go up the 300 steps (* ・ ω ・) ﾉ
It doesn't take long to get up from the housing complex side, so some people go up to the top of the mountain and spend their time on the bench.
I don't know on weekends, but there aren't many people on weekdays, so it might be a good idea to go up the stairs and spend 20 minutes at the top of the mountain.
From Mt. Takakura, you can see the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge, Suma Aqualife Park Kobe, and the mountains of the Rokko Mountains, which is open.

山頂にはトイレ・茶屋・展望台のある建物が目立つ
特にトイレは全山縦走ルートを東に進んだ場合次は高取山になるので貴重
