利用者のことより、現場スタッフが効率よく仕事することを考えてる。
人によるんだと思うけど利用者のことを知らない相談員がいる。対応について聞くも「現場スタッフに確認してから返答する」の一点張り。しかも返答に数日かかると対応の遅さが目立つ。返答のあった内容で確認すると「現場スタッフに確認してから返答する」と二度目の返答。いつになったら解決出来るのか不安しかない。
