★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 玄関の鍵を交換したくて電話で問い合わせをした。店のご主人らしく話のされ方がとても横柄だった。鍵の種類やサイズが色々あるから電話ではわからないと言う。こちらへ来てくれるのか伺ったが面倒臭い様子が電話口からダダ漏れだった。それなのに少しでもふっかけてやろう、儲けてやろうという様子が透けて見える。交換にかかるおおよその金額さえも電話では教えて貰えない。怒鳴られた上に話の最中に平気で電話を切るような商売のされ方。最悪だ。評価にひとつ星をつけたが本当はゼロにしたい。2022/02/22
I made an inquiry by phone because I wanted to exchange the key to the front door. It was very arrogant to talk like the owner of the store. He says he can't tell by phone because there are various types and sizes of keys. I asked him if he would come here, but the troublesome appearance was leaking from the phone. Even so, I can see through the state of trying to sprinkle even a little and make a profit. You can't even tell me the approximate amount of money to exchange by phone. A way of doing business that is yelled at and hangs up in the middle of the talk. it's awful. I gave one star to the rating, but I really want to make it zero. 2022/02/22
