・無理のあるスケジューリング
・打ち合わせに20分の遅刻、謝罪なし
・当日裏側での傲慢な態度
・いわゆる"絆"系のノリ(円陣組んでオー！のノリです)
イベント業界自体、上記に上げたような方々は多い印象なのですが、こちらは特に印象が悪いものでした。
無理のあるスケジューリングにより、イベント開催中、下請けのアルバイトの欠勤が複数発生。下請けのことは駒の1つとしてしか見ていないような、見下した態度。
遅刻の件は、遅刻自体はまだ良いのですが、謝罪の一言もなかったのは頭をかしげました。
楽屋での差し入れに大声での文句。聞こえてます。
イベント終始、非常にご尊大な態度を取られておられる社員と仕事をするのは、耐え難いものでした。
そんな振る舞いを無理に説得させるかのようにしか感じられない円陣も、苦笑でしかありません。
ご検討している方、ご自身の会社のイメージダウンにもなりえますので、他社を勧めます。

In the event industry itself, I have the impression that there are many people like the ones mentioned above, but this one was particularly bad.
Due to unreasonable scheduling, multiple absenteeism of subcontracted part-time jobs occurred during the event. A disdainful attitude that seems to see subcontracting only as one of the pieces.
Regarding the matter of being late, the lateness itself is still good, but I was wondering that there was no word of apology.
A loud complaint about the insertion in the dressing room. I can hear you.
It was unbearable to work with an employee who had a very arrogant attitude throughout the event.
The circle, which only seems to persuade such behavior, is just a bitter smile.
For those who are considering it, we recommend other companies as it can reduce the image of your own company.
