k	kanako T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内に置いている品物はどれも素敵だと思います。バイヤーさんの腕の良さが拝見出来、お店自体は好きで良く行きますが、最近のスタッフの対応に疑問を持ちます。欲しい鞄のサイズが展示になかったので、近くにいたスタッフに尋ねると「置いてる分だけになります」とだけ。申し訳なさそうにされている雰囲気はマスク越しにもわかったのですが、私としては「取り寄せ」、「再入荷の有無」、「他店の在庫確認」など接客の基本をして欲しかったです。マスクのせいか、愛想もないように思いました。以前も同じ事があったので… 昔の方がスタッフの気配りがありました。大好きなお店なので、改善していただきたいなーと思います。 I think all the items in the store are wonderful.
