ぎっくり腰なのか立つのも座るのも歩くのもままならず、それでも明日、仕事に行くために電車に乗りたいと先生に伝えると
先生は「なるほどわかりましたみてみましょうね」と腰に負担のかからないようにしながら痛みが少ない姿勢のまま施術してくださいました。
私は素人なのでうまく説明出来ませんが
先生がピンポイントで痛みの元となるところを指で探り当てるようにその痛みの箇所を治すような伸ばし方をしてくださり
しばらくしたあとにゆっくり立ち上がるとまるで違い先程まで立っているとバランスがわからないような痛みで腰がひけてしまっていたのがちゃんと立てる。歩ける。痛みがまるで違う。
当然の事なのですがこういった痛みは時間がかかるものだと思うのですがそれでも仕事に行けるぐらいまでに治療してくださいました。すごいです。本当に良い先生です。

Naturally, I think these pains are time consuming, but they have been treated to the point where I can go to work. It's amazing. A really good teacher.
