★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ゼロキューブという企画住宅を新潟三条市で建てたいと思いたどり着いたのがサンケー企画さんでした。
既に新居は完成済みで、住み始めて2ヶ月程になります。とても満足しています。
ゼロキューブは企画住宅であるため、間取りがカスタマイズしにくい？と懸念していたのですが、サンケーさんでは基本、家のサイズ内であれば自由に間取りを作ることができました。
また、寒冷地仕様も標準仕様で付けてもらえました。確かにエアコンで一度暖まるとなかなか寒くならなくて感心しています。
家だけでなく外構の造りも丁寧でその点も満足してします。
担当の方は落ち着きがあり話しやすく、自分たちの要望を親身に相談に乗って頂きました。
連絡も取りやすくて良かったです。
残念だった点があるとしたら、もう少しだけ提案力が欲しかったかな、というところでしょうか。
自分でもそこそこ家を建てる事について勉強していたし仕事柄、図面もある程度解るので思い描いていた家を建てることが出来ましたが、普通に手ぶらでお任せにするのは止めておいたほうが良いのかもしれません。
（これはどのハウスメーカーで建てる際も同じことが言えますが...）
ただ、かなりワガママを聞いてもらいました。こちらが使いたいと言った建材を探してくれたり、直前の設計変更も対応していただきました。
もし、もう一度三条市で家を建てるとしたらその時もまた頼るかもしれません。
 It was Sankei Planning who wanted to build a zero-cube house in Niigata-Sanjo City.
The new house has already been completed and it has been about 2 months since I started living. I am very satisfied.
Zero Cube is a planned house, so it is difficult to customize the layout. I was worried, but Mr. Sangke was able to make a layout freely, basically within the size of the house.
In addition, the cold district specifications were also provided as standard specifications. Certainly, once I get warm with the air conditioner, I'm impressed that it doesn't get quite cold.
The construction of the exterior as well as the house is polite and I am satisfied with that point.
The person in charge was calm and easy to talk to, and we had their requests consulted with their kindness.
It was good that it was easy to get in touch.
If I was disappointed, would I just want a little more suggestion?
I was studying about building a house for myself, so I could understand the work pattern and drawings to some extent, so I was able to build the house I was imagining, but it is better to stop leaving it empty-handed normally maybe.
(This is the same when building with any house maker ...)
However, I heard quite a lot of selfishness. They looked for building materials that they wanted to use, and responded to the last design change.
If you build a house in Sanjo again, you may rely on it again.
