朝の、おはようから退社時のお疲れ様が言えない会社です。
会社全体がいい加減で、ブラックと言っても過言では無い！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東京エリアのとあるスーパー、業者用の駐車スペースが1台しかないため集荷や納品で時間が被って停められないことがあります。
しかしながら、被ってしまった際他社の皆さんは笑顔で挨拶していただけて尚且つ「急がなくて大丈夫ですよ」と優しい言葉。そんな中こちら様の担当は半ギレで「被ってんだから来る時間変えろよ」とのこと。
先方はよく存じませんが、こちらは大人ですのでわざわざ出社時間を早めて対応しました。
そして、先日仕事の進みが悪く被ってしまった際、こちらが挨拶したにも関わらず無視、無視だけならまだしも舌打ちまで頂く始末でした。
そういった社員教育をされてる様でしたら大変申し訳ありませんがトラブルの元になりかねませんので周知までに。
