コンタクトの処方について問い合わせをしましたが、最初から「ホームページで説明を読んでないんですか？」というニュアンスで詰められ、丁寧に説明する気がない態度でした。事前にホームページを読むことが必須なのでしょうか？
その後も全ての質問に対して威圧的に答えられたので、電話を切りました。
