★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マンション管理も雑で、家主から何も言わなければほとんど放置で空き部屋やあっても対処もしない。こちらが素人だと思ってか売買も適当。危なく安く買われるところでした。あまり、信用はできないと思いました。
