I go through regular checkups, contact lenses, and adjustment of eyeglass power. I don't have any chronic illness, but I'm worried about it, so even if you ask a question that isn't serious, please kindly tell me.

コンタクトの定期検診で伺いましたが、「検査だけ？購入は？」とまくしたてられます。
本当に上記のままの口調で丁寧語さえ使えないです。二度目の受診ですが、彼女と口を利くのは恐怖感、不快感を感じます。
その方以外の対応、先生の受診は説明も丁寧でもったいないと感じます。
The assistants and teachers are very kind, but the female receptionist is intimidating.
I asked him at a regular contact checkup, but he said, "Is it just an inspection? Is it a purchase?"
I can't even use polite words with the same tone as above. This is my second visit, but I feel afraid and uncomfortable talking to her.
I feel that it is a waste to explain and politely respond to other people and see the teacher.

ソファに掛けて順番を待っていたら、私の目の前で小柄なスタッフが攻撃的な口調で、年配の優しそうな女性にキツく診療を希望するのかどうかを問いただしていました。顔も凄い怖い形相で問いただしていたので、それを見ていて気分が悪くなってしまいました。
私はすぐ目の前で一部始終のやりとりを聞いていましたが、患者さんの年配女性に全く非はなかったです。その方が凄く気の毒になりました。
お年寄りの患者さんが多い眼科なのに、あんな酷い対応をする人間をどうして雇っているのでしょうか。凄く怖かったです。
私を観てくれた先生と、目の検査をしてくれた担当の女性は優しかっただけに凄く残念です。
でも、もう二度と行きたくないです。一日中気分が凄く悪かったです。
I went to this ophthalmology department for the first time because it was close to my house.
As I hung on the couch and waited for my turn, a petite staff member in front of me was aggressively asking me if I wanted to get a hard treatment for an elderly, kind-looking woman. I was asking my face with a very scary look, so I felt sick when I saw it.
I was listening to the whole story right in front of me, and there was nothing wrong with the patient's elderly female. I feel very sorry for that.
Why are you hiring a person who handles such a terrible situation even though there are many elderly patients in ophthalmology? I was very scared.
It's a shame because the teacher who watched me and the woman in charge of the eye examination were kind.
But I don't want to go there again. I felt very sick all day long.
